Special character issue /encoding utf-8 in TPL

Hi

I have a problem with the special character entry.when special charcter is entered in the dct it save into the dcr.when i view the xml it showing correct But when I go for the new form entry for the DCT,it shows error.I m not able to parse the xml.
I have seen in the forum this problem has already been raised several times but i have tried all the alternatives provided but it doesn't work.

The situation is like this

When I try to preview or generate the DCR, it display me the below error message:

"An error occurred during PT compiling. Please see more details in log files."

I have used the following at the top of code as given earlier in one of the post.

use open ':utf8';
binmode (STDOUT, ':utf8');
binmode (STDIN, ':utf8');
binmode (STDERR, ':utf8');

but it doen't help us.


Please help asap if u have solution for this.

Have used CDATA? if not try to put content within cdata parenthesis in tpl file.
