How do you integrate Worksite with an ASP.Net

System

Well, this is more a question than a response... We have a ASP.Net application (c#) and most of our clients are using Worksite and would like to integrate functions such as View a document, Import a document, CheckIn, CheckOut, etc...
I am looking for some tips about how we can manage Worksite from a .Net application. I found (but a not too many) some web sites about IManage.dll, but still don't know where to start.
Thanks for your help.
