consultancy rates?

I'm a Java consultant and on my last project I was involved with Interwoven for the first time. Now that I'm looking for my next project, all the offers I receive in this difficult market are for Interwoven work. I have no idea what the hourly rates are.

Since I'm not massively experienced, what would you suggest I settle for? I receive 75 euros per hour (approx. same in dollars) for non-Interwoven Java work.

This is a very arbitrary thing you are asking, and perhaps not very appropriate for this site. Do your homework - look on the internet and see how much people are paying for these kinds of services and compare that to your level of expertise. It's pretty much up to you to figure out how much the market will bear for your services.
