preview.removemanifest.error.msg on previewing

This problem occurs only when a user who is an admin tries to do a preview on a dcr edit screen. It throws an error saying:
preview.removemanifest.error.msg

This doesnt occur when I login and try to preview the same DCR. Not sure why its complaining when we both have the same credentials. How can we resolve this issue?

Dont worry guys I was able to fix this issue by changing the users permissions
