Next Generation Tagging GUI

Hi I'm having a problem with getting the Next Generation tagging to work. When I tag files I get this error:

Also, in Teamsite it says "there are no files to tag (perhaps files have been deleted)

Here is our environment:

Interwoven TeamSite 6.7.2.0
Solaris V 9
Metatagger 4.1.2

How are you trying to tag files, is it from File->Tag or is it inside a workflow task? and which files are you trying to tag.

I am tagging files from the File --> Tagging. This branch does not have the tagging in the workflow. Thanks.
