Alternatives to Visual Annotate

We have users running Firefox (typically whatever the latest version happens to be) on Macintoshes, in addition to IE and Firefox on PCs. We'd like to be able to use Visual Annotate, but from what I understand, VA will not run on browsers other than IE. Are there any alternatives that anyone can recommend that work on IE and Firefox, on PCs and Macs? The individuals reviewing content (html pages) would like to be able to mark up their changes, rather than have to type out what needs to change in the text window that is on the Workflows -> Tasks page.

Fireshot would be the bet on firefox. However, unlike VisualAnnotate, any other annotation tool is not integrated with the TeamSite workflow system. So you would have to annotate, save it, attach to workflow manually, which can be messy.
