Error patching to TeamSite 16.6.1.1 from 16.6.1
Hello Experts,
We recently have installed Teamsite 16.6.1 on RHEL 7.7. Now I am trying to patch it up to the version 16.6.1.1. I am trying with GUI installation with NoMachine as a client. I am setting a display on our teamsite server and then initiating a installation, but installation is failing with the error below:
"The installer has detected common services on localhost and port number 8080, but can't access it at this time. Make sure Services is up, and re run the installer."
I checked all of services were up during installation. Jboss was also running. I am not sure what other service the installer was looking for. I have raised a support ticket but there is not much help from them.
Does any one experienced this issue while installing patch?
Thanks,
Niraj Kumar
