Workflow Audit Report is not turned on to one Department

WF audit trail is turned on for all workflows in our client , but there's a new one newly created department and workflow, the audit report is not available. Hope you can advise how to fix thank you!

AFAIK, if WF auditing enabled using Documentum Administrator on the server, then the only way that WF would not be generating events is 1) WF is not running (not installed) 2) WF is running in different repository (auditing is specific to repository that is executing on) or 3) WF was created/running outside of Documentum, so auditing on Content Server is not aware of WF.

Thank you so much! I found out that the workflow is not completely installed and configure yet that's the reason why there's no Audit Report available.
