I just applied the new service pack patch - Interwoven TeamSite 6.7.2 Service Pack 1. Now I'm not able to process any user customization because the build fails due to a not able to validate the web.xml file. This file is one that I have never touched. Any ideas before I call Tech support?

Take a look at the file and see if there is some obvious syntactic error - regardless though, you should file a case with Support because applying a service pack should not munge the web.xml file (assuming you're positive it was not touched locally)

Thanks and I agree. I did not do anything to the WEB XML file, I only modified the ui_custom.xml, by now all the build attempts fail. I will out a ticket. This UI modification is proving to be a bit of a pain.

Looks like a bug with the Windows TS672 SP1 build.

Need to so the additional steps
1. Go to iw-home\servletd\common\lib and check that the jar files are present
If not then copy the all jar files from the location iw-home\serveltd\lib to iw-home\servletd\common\lib folder and then run the make_toolkit.ipl and verify output.
2. Having got another error
[exec] There is no entry for toolkit 'customer' in

\Interwoven\TeamSite\i
w-home\local\config/lib/content_center/toolkits.xml
Added:-
toolkit id="customer" path="D:\Interwoven\TeamSite\iw-home/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_out/customer.tk.war"
to toolkits.xml
3. Run make_toolkit again and all was fine.
