ERROR:02422: No such TeamSite user

Hi there Guys and Girls, I have gone to check out the users on the system this morning using

\iw-home\bin\iwrecetnusers.exe

and have been presented with the following ERROR: ERROR:02422: No such TeamSite user.

What I am asking for is if there is an easy way to diagnose this issue.

There where some changes made to the system Monday of last week (7days ago) and I have rolled these out, restarted the server but the error still exists.

I thought that I would check with the community to see if there was a way to debug this issue before going to support.

Managed to work through this one.

The issue was that the user that I was executing the command with was, as the error sugegsted, not a Teamsite User. Doh!!.

We recently made changes to some AD settings and this impacted the user that I was accessing Teamsite as.

As suggested in many other KB I added the user to Teamsite and this issue is resolved.
