iwsubmit problems

I'm trying to get the following to work:

#!/opt/iw-home/iw-perl/bin/perl

# submit stuff

$fileToSubmit = "main/dir/path/WORKAREA/emuller/pub/path/xml";

submitFile ($fileToSubmit);

sub submitFile {
my ($fileToSubmit) = @_;
my $command = "/opt/iw-home/bin/iwsubmit -w -u " . $fileToSubmit . " \'Auto Submit\'";
system($command);
}

====================

What is happening is the first file in the directory is being submitted, but not the rest of the files. However, when I type it directly from the command line, all is good. Any suggestions as to where to look for a solution?

Redirect STDERR to STDOUT and log out the command itself and execution results. Like this:

my $command = qq(/opt/iw-home/bin/iwsubmit -w -u $fileToSubmit "Auto Submit");
my $result = qx($command 2>&1);

# Log Out $command;
# Log Out $result;

It won't help to execute the command but it'll show you error messages if any

foreach loop (@arr)
{
my $fileToSubmit = $_ ;
system("/opt/iw-home/bin/iwsubmit -w -u $fileToSubmit \'Auto Submit\'");
}
