How to capture "new job" and "assign" events

Hi

In custom instantiation screen, I want to capture if User has selected "New Job" or "Assign" from the "Actions" menu. Is it possible?

Is this for WFT or WFM?
I'm not sure if it's actually possible, but the answer to the above question at least helps narrow down the potential issues involved.

Another possibility is to create wrapper workflows - one that is only associated with 'assign' and one that is only associated with 'new_job' - and have each of them collect the desired information and then invoke the "base" workflow to do whatever it is you want.
