We have a task to convert all the existing tpls to xslts.
Would you please share knowledge, how to configure bsf.jar and Xalan on the TeamSite server.

Would you like the customize the functionality of TS, that can perform the conversion of tpls into xlts. Right !!
If so and you want to add some external jar file into TS then you need to copy those jars at

iw-home/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src/lib

folder then run

make_toolkit.ipl

from same location with command line.

Hi Suresh,
There is a UI Customization Guide (pdf), that is a best guide for Customizing Teamsite.
Add bsf.jar to the UITK and run make_toolkits.ipl.
It means copy bsf.jar files to the mentioned location (in earlier reply) and from command line go to

customer_src

path and run

make_toolkit.ipl

, it will copy those jar file to

iw-home/httpd/webapps/content_center/WEB-INF/lib

location.

To add to Faizi's reply, you must use the latest bsf.jar file from http://jakarta.apache.org/site/downloads/downloads_bsf.cgi.

For whatever reason, the bsf-2.3.0.jar file that comes w/ Unix TS 6.7.1 SP1 does not work. Autonomy's tech support was never able to provide an explanation.

are you trying to automatically convert your tpls to xsl PTs? or you are converting your PTs manually and you just need a XALAN extension?
