Problems searching on Checkoutdates

Hi all!
I need to do a search against our dbs based on checkoutdates.
For this, I create a daterange, and add it as a parameter.

But when I do the search, I get this:
"[NRTSearchParameters ][Add ]Search is not allowed for AttributeID 109"

Does anyone know a way to get around this restriction?

Here's the code, _server is an IMANDMS object.
