System.AccessViolationException on .NET 2.0 and Vista
Azan
Hello,
We are experiencing some difficulties using the Interwoven SDK, where by we are recieiving a System.AccessViolationException whenever we call the Interwoven Dialogs from our application. I.e. Interwovens Login, Document Search and Save dialog.
Our Application is .NET based running under .NET 2.0.
The exception occurs at the point at which we execute the command to show a particular dialog.
[For example:
......
Dim pLoginCmd As New iManExtLib.LoginCmd
......
pLoginCmd.Execute() // throws exception.
end Example].
Key Notes:
- The problem does not occur running under .NET 1.1 on Vista (same code being executed).
- The problem does not occur on previous versions of Windows; both .NET 1.1 and 2.0 work in this case.
Exception:
- System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
Environment:
- Microsoft Vista
- .NET Framework 2.0
Any help with this issue would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Azan.
