restricting workflow upto folder level

Hi all,

In Teamsite 6.5 SP3, Is it possible restrict the workflow up to the folder level in the workarea for "tt_data".

It's working fine when we try to restict the workflow for "submit" option, but for "tt_data" it works only upto the branch level but not into the folder level.

Any inputs?

It might work in 6.7.1SP1 where the available_templates.cfg has been augmented with additional directives (haven't tried this case though).

It is not and has not been possible in any earlier versions - tt_data has always been restricted to just the branch vpath.

For 6.5 SP3, its not but for later version it may be possible.

Thank you for the inputs, Yes of course it is working in newer versions of Teamsite from 671 (both for submit and tt_data).
but in Teamsite 6.5 SP3 we can do it for submit, but not for the tt_data
(command option ).
I don't know if this is a again a new bug , or am i missing out something.

It is not a new bug - it is a known limitation that finally (apparently) got "fixed" in 671 - so if you want to utilize it - you need to upgrade.

Hi Paul,
Can you please post an example of how you specified the path that it was working on 6.7.1/2 for tt_data at folder level? Was it in available_templates or in available_models?
