Our Vulnerabilities scans came up with the
Vulnerability: OpenSSL DSA/ECDSA Signature Verification Vulnerability - Server (Medium severity)

The recommendation is to either

Upgrade to the latest version of OpenSSL (0.9.8f) and rebuild all
packages using OpenSSL for DTLS.

or,

Disable DTLS.

If DTLS is disabled how is that done and what impact does that have on the TeamSite/OpenDeploy functionality - we do not use HTTPS
