DeployNRun - how to run once ?
code
Hi,
We are using deployNRun feature triggered by deployment (dnrDeployment tag). Deployment is done to farm of two load-balanced servers. What I need to do is to run a script ONCE per deployment. I don't know how and if this is possible to configure OpenDeploy which calls the script only once (for me seems running twice every time), but maybe there's way from the other side. Is it possible to retrieve from the called script information for which node is task which started it ? Seems that no information is passed via command line arguments, maybe you have ideas ?
Thanks,
Maciej Mochol

I forgot to mention - this is OpenDeploy 5.5.1 (6054 20020127) running on Sun/Solaris box (SunOS 5.7).
Migrateduser
Maciej,
The DNR trigger points in OpenDeploy 5.5.1 run for each leg in the deployment.
The next release of OpenDeploy adds new trigger points, including one that lets you run just one DNR at the beginning or one at the end. A beta version of this release should be available later this month.
If you would like more details, or would like a copy of the beta, please send an email to
opendeploy_beta@interwoven.com
.
