Where is all the API documentation for a previous version: 16.2?

Just to clarify, @mkhan24 are you referring to AppWorks Gateway or AppWorks Platform?

AppWorks Platform API documentation is included in the product itself. You can use the Documentation icon on the mid left of the screen once you are logged in in AppWorks Platform. See screenshot:
