Error in FireFox

nirjari

TS6.7.2, Solaris

When I login to TeamSite from IE, I have no problem. It works fine.
But when I try to login using FireFox, I get top and left navigation bars but the center portion where file details are displayed is not displaying. Login screen appears in the center portion. Same thing happens when I click on workflow tab. I can see trhe navigation bars, but in the center only login screen is displaying.
Why is it so ? How to set this right ?

thanks

There are several things you are not telling us.

What client (OS and version) are you using?
What interface of TeamSite is happening in (CCStd or CCPro)?
What patches are you using for TeamSite? (6.7.2 SP2 states that is support FireFox 3.x)

I am running 6.7.2.0 Build 69626 without any service packs and FireFox 3.6.3 works fine on a Windows XP Pro SP2 client. Both Pro and Standard CC work.

Try the following.
Test with another computer with FireFox and see if it has the same issue.
Fully logout of TeamSite.
Inf FireFox, clear the the Offline Storage and any Saved Passwords.

Thanks for the reply Taalgaard.

We;re using
- TS 6.7.2 Build 70033 with no service pack in Linux GNU/Linux
- CCPro and Standard.

I talked to our engineer and tried using another dns name which is also pointing to the same server, now it works ok in FireFox.
