Importing Documents into DeskSite (.Net)

I am creating an applicaiton is automatically import a bunch of documents and folders into iManage/DeskSite. Can someone point me in the right direction for how I can find good documentation on how to do things step-by-step?

I mean even just "Connect to server" - "Create Folder" - "Import Document" - "Set Security"
