Error in Teamsite

Hi,

I am getting an error message "Failure in operation" while trying to login into Teamsite 6.1. I restarted Teamsite services but no luck.

Can anyone help me to solve this issue?

You are not providing any information that can be useful.

Log on to the server and see if all the services are running that should be. Check to see if the Y: drive is mounted. Start looking at error logs.

Is this only you or can anyone long in ?

Everyone who is trying to login to Teamsite are getting same error message.
All services are up and working fine. I restarted all, I even restarted the server but no luck.

Y: drive is mounted properly. I couldn't see issue in logs, can you please provide me the path of log files just to make sure that I am not looking into wrong place.

The path is configurable, but typically in iwhome/local/logs and iwhome/local/logs/iwui

If you cannot find them, look in iwhome/etc/iw.cfg

What method of authentication are you using ? AD ? Local accounts ?

We are using LDAP method of authentication.

Well your LDAP is not replying correctly. Check the settings in iw.cfg, compare to the other working system.

You may need to get help from the LDAP team to see if you can get the LDAP server logs.
