Rename "Start Input Task" CGI Task

Hi All,
We would like to rename the "Start Input Task" Button to a custom name like "PUSH".
The "start input task" is a first step in the CGI Task.

File Location where this Label for the button is configured.

C:\Interwoven\TeamSite\httpd\webapps\content_center\ccpro\workflow\task_details.jsp.

Please learn how to format code in posts correctly and how to use Preview Post before sending it out and potentially breaking the thread you're interested in.

Theoretically, the labels should all be stored in some sort of properties file(s) somewhere - and you should create a version of that file in the appropriate place within your IWHOME/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src tree and then use make_toolkit.ipl to merge and install the changes for the TS server. Changing files like the one you suggested is never supported.

HI All,
The issue has been resolved.File is present in the following war file mentioned below.

C:\Interwoven\TeamSite\httpd\webapps\content_center\WEB-INF\lib\ccpro.jar

there are 2 files associated with workflows within this jar file where the update needs to be made.

can you give more details/steps of what you did?

did you modify the files and replaced the whole ccpro.jar? or did u put those files in a new jar package?

i assume that u had to decompile the classes in the jar file to modify them? if that is true, then i think it is risky thing to do since decompiling classes isnt always complete...

HI All,

I extracted thefiles from the jar file and made the updates and re-did the jar again.

Ones the jar is created i moved it into the lib folder within customer_src folder and executed the maketoolkit.ipl which deployed the jar to the content_center.

This is the right way to do it becuase maketoolkit functionality is actually supported by interwoven support.
