Error publishing new project and site: missing site descriptor default.site

A bit new to TS here but created a new project, site, and page and published it. I see it published successfully but did not publish the default.site descriptor - thus livesite is throwing an error. Also i do not see default.site in the list of files to publish in the workflow task.

I haven't had this type or error before. Any ideas?

Could you paste the error that you are facing ?

Also i do not see default.site in the list of files to publish in the workflow task - It might be an error even before publish.

Please see content_center.log to see if there are any obvious errors. We can work from there.
