The iwevents.log records TeamSite activities—like file
submits, edition, branch and workarea creation, and DiskLow, Freeze, ShutDown,StartUp and Thaw events etc . It is used with certain TeamSite triggering scripts.

Check the size of file ["openjms.db"] at location [\iw-home\eventsubsystem].if the size of file is getting large corresponding to the DISK SPACE then a mesage "OUTOFMEMORY" comes into the picture.Basically this file stores the events of IW.

How to solve this problem ?

Delete that file and create a new one with the same name.

It means your server has run out of memory (RAM / VM) because it is either undersized for what it is being used for, or because you have something running on the server that is gobbling up all the memory.

How to solve? Figure out what the problem is first - "OutOfMemory" is a symptom not a cause - find the cause, fix it, and the symptom should go away.
