Submit template not working in teamsite

There was an error rendering this rich post.

I have a problem with submitting template after switched off reviewer and click on button submit it's show me loading indicator but nothing happened.

Note :

I'm using teamsite V 20.4.0 is latest one ... is there any solution for that ?

Could you please paste the content center logs ? Name of the log file would be content_center.log

It would typically be under the folder - /Interwoven/TeamSite/local/logs/iwui if you are using an on prem version or the equivalent in the cloud version.

I see the following error in the logs. Could you check if OpenDeploy is up and running and configured correctly?

ERROR com.interwoven.livesite.opendeploy.web.service.impl.OpenDeployWebService () - startService: unable to start service; make sure that OpenDeploy is running and correctly configured.

TeamSite works hand in glove with OpenDeploy. If you are on an on prem version, you would typically have opendeploy under <IW_HOME>/OpenDeploy.

The start up scripts would be -

/etc/init.d/iwodserver stop

/etc/init.d/iwodserver start

If you are using a cloud version, just destroy the container so that a new container would spin up.

Once you restart OD, please take a look into the logs - /Interwoven/OpenDeployNG/od.log

You shall find these two lines at the end, which will confirm that OD has started

2019-11-22 12:19:34.015 GMT+0530 odLog [OpenDeploy Main] - SVR: Start logging to OpenDeploy server log.

OpenDeploy server and its RMI registry started.

If so, please run your component submit and see if it works.

If not, please conten_center.log, od.log so that I can inspect it further.
