Issues with Tinymce for the textarea

neeraj_forever

I have one textarea under the replicant with tincymce included as external-editor.
I have created DCR,with the entry done in textarea with multiple entry for multiple instances of replicant.
when i edit or view the dcr,and choose to view or edit the instances of the replicant, the instances that i choose to view containing textarea gets repeated and other instances textarea seems good.

Could anyone help me,what the reason behind this.

Thanks in advance

Do you mean the replicant instance getting repeated/copied or the content within tinymce textarea gets repeated?
We had a similar issue with tinymce but we are on TS671, what version of teamsite and tinymce you are using?

We have experienced many problems with tinyMCE in 6.7.1 SP1.

Sounds like it is working better in 6.7.2, so will have to look at getting that upgrade going.

What we did to fix most of the problems was to force the DCTs using tinyMCE to be expanded. With DCTs that are not too large this is not too bad.

As having many expanded replicants slows the DCT load time, we are evaluating going back to Visual Format for those DCTs with many nested replicant containers.

Check with support, there was a similiar bug filed some time ago.
