We are encountering and issue when a character like ć is included in a file that has to be rendered to PDF (which is Polish character)
We are using using CTS 16.4.0000.0145
Documentum Content Server 16.4
Do we need to install language pack ?
Perhaps the font used in the document is not available on the CTS machine? Try to open the file from the CTS machine to check if it looks ok.
