CCstd UI customization

Hello everyone, I have a task to add a folder delete functionality in CCstd environment. Now I want to make sure that I am on the same page with all the geniuses in this forum. Here is my plan; I have modified the ui_custom.xml file with the codes below,

Now I will run the maketoolkit.ipl in order to apply all the changes I have made in ui_custom.xml.

Is there anything else I need to aware of?

will this action be available to all users or just some type of users? you can also restrict it by role... if needed.
