Hi
i am using TeamSite 6.7.1 and Workflow modeler1.0.0.1.
In my workflow,based on the files which i have selected for deployment it has to go to open deploy or datadeploy.
Which task we can use for this requirment.Whether it is deploy task or url task.Is there is any opendeploy API is available for this.How to write java class for simple deployment.

There is a SOAP API for OpenDeploy. I haven't tried using it and thus cannot comment on whether it would work for your requirement, though I imagine it would.
There is no OOTB task, script, or program that will make the determination of whether it should perform an OpenDeploy or DataDeploy - you'll have to make that determination yourself in custom code - which would then have to put together all the arguments needed to invoke OpenDeploy - either via CLT or SOAP interface.

You can use either deploy task or url external task for starting your deployment. If you have open deploy, you can look at the following for some custom java code to do deployment:

using web services.
