Metadata issue in Teamsite 6.5

Can any one help me out.

We are facing metadata issue in one of our Teamsite branch. the basic functionality of Metadata generation is to insert Metadata values in one of Portal database table.

we implemented custom code to do the above activity.

we defined same set up of rules for 2 different branches in datacapture.cfg file and declared ruleset name in metadata-rules.cfg file.

unfortunately Metadata insertion is working for one branch and not working for another branch.

The ipl and workflows are common for both the branches.Even I verified UNIX deployment user account and groups are seems to be fine.

we have Teamsite development box and there Metadata generation is working for both the branches.

I compared both the boxes and everything is identical.

This is weird.

Have you tried using the same type of file from both the branches?
Double check for any typo, if it still doesn't work the attach cfg files and the full path of the two branches.

I'm able to tag the File with Metadata. but while deploying using workflow, it's displaying the following missing attributes in the log

So, you are saying the metadata operation is working alright, but the deploy is failing.

....unfortunately Metadata insertion is working for one branch and not working for another branch....

Are you updating the same table in the database? check for more error logs on the receiver side and compare the one which is working with the one which is not.

Are you positive that Test4.html has that metadata on it? In the location from which you are performing the deployment (workarea, staging, edition)?

Can you post the output of iwextattr -l vpath/htdocs/portlets/announcement_left/Test4.html
