Issue while deleting My Favorites in TS 6.7.1

Hi All,

I am trying to delete one of the files in My Favorites using the "Remove Favorite" link on the menubar. While doing so, I get a HTTP 403 page. On moving back to the CMS and clicking the 'My Favorites' button the selected favorite has been deleted. I tried to delete the a favorite using the "Remove favorite" menu in the more dropdown and it worked fine. Any idea how to fix this issue?

What is the OS & Browser?

You can check log files for more details about exception.

We are using Solaris and IE 6.0. Which log files are you talking about? Can u provide the details for the same?

Check out the log files at //iw-home/local/logs location.
Mainly check the below files:

iwui/servletd_out.log
iwui/access.log
cssdk.log

I am getting following entries in the log files while deleting favorites from menu bar:

servletd_out.log:

ERROR com.interwoven.ui.teamsite.access.WhichUIContext (user) - Error in setting user preferred UI using the EDB entry ccpro

access.log:

[20/Aug/2009:11:02:19 +0000] "POST /iw-cc/command/iw.teamsite.remove_favorite HTTP/1.1" 302 - 0 -
[20/Aug/2009:11:02:20 +0000] "GET /iw-cc/base/util/close_or_home.html HTTP/1.1" 200 574 0 -

I think when we click on the menubar link, it deletes the favorites but is not able to redirect to data folder.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
