how to Download\add_to_cart an asset

Im working on a custom vb6 tool able to search an asset and, if found, add it to user shopping cart or open the download page (..../mediabin/EmailDirectLink.asp?file=rrad3BE4B/Name.zip) and download it.
The problem is that in the API guide (v4.6) i dont find any functions that add an asset to cart or prepare it for download.
one last thing, i use this reference in project:
MBArchive1.0
MBPScriptModel2.0
MBUtils1.0
maybe i need to import another dll?

Someone can help me? Thanx in advance.

Shopping cart is not exposed in the API. You will have to do some custom magic to get that functionality.
