I have just installed the java ui in 5.5, why when i try to create a new dcr the dct will not open and says "you must have a valid openchannel licence to use <view> & <view-container> any ideas?

Hi,
We had a similar problem when we were upgrading from 5.0.2 to 5.5.2. We were told that OpenChannel was not supported in 5.5.2, but that its functionality was.
Anyway, we eventually tried installing OpenChannel and with that all the <view> and <view-container> tags worked.
So you'll need to install OpenChannel for those tags to work.
