How to change DCR file save default directory to custom folder ?

How can I change DCR file save default directory.

By default it takes "data" folder we would like to change default folder should some thing like "data/EnUS". Any one tell me steps exact Api name. Like I can use IWNameFactory.getAutoDCRPathGenerator () to get the path. Can I set the path so that I can save DCR into data/EnUS instead of data. If it would be possible for anyone let me know api name and basic steps.

Read the formapi manual. It is quite easy. Also Learn about call servers, because you will need to create the folder if necessary and you will probably want to make certain that someone is not creating a file with the same name as an existing file.

why don't you try reading the manual and searching the forums. This is trivial, if you cannot figure it out by reading the manual, then you will have a great deal of trouble doing anything in TeamSite.

If you are looking to have the default changed in the OOTB dialog that prompts the user to provide a name for the DCR - there's no supported way to do so.

If you are looking to automate the naming of the DCR (including it's directory location) - as Nipper said: Read the manuals, search the forums, and (my addition) get training or hire a knowledgeable consultant.

it's trivial for you, and maybe me. But not so trivial for the novice, because one need to know how to use the factory, calls server, possibly set the default TPL and learn how to create directories in perl on the fly Smiley Happy
