Mail not being sent to multiple reviewers

Hi All,

I am using WFM 1.0.0.1 with TS 6.7.1 SP1.
I have configured a workflow in modeler in which I am trying to send a notification mail to multiple reviewers once they are selected by the workflow initiator.The functioanlity is working fine but the mail does not get send to all the reviewers.The tmp/iw_solutions_debug.log says that

Exception in E:\Interwoven\TeamSite\local\config\wft\solutions\iw_solution_email.ipl: Can't call method "GetId" on an undefined value at E:\Interwoven\TeamSite\local\config\wft\solutions\iw_solution_email.ipl line 394.

If instead of multiple reviewers I select only one reviewer then the mail notification is sent successfully.
The reviewer_iwmailheader.tpl has this code:

Could some please advice as to what is going wrong here.

If the code posted by you is present in the reviewer_iwmailheader.tpl , then the mail will be sent to only one user
<iwov_emailmap user='{iw_value name="dcr.workflowinformation.task[1]@owner"/}' />

even if your task is a group task
you will need to create multiple tags of iwov_emailmap user with reference to each user to send mail to all the users.

One way is to have job/task variables in the wf, then get those values in the mail header template using something like
iw_value name="dcr.workflowinformation.task[1].variables.variable@value

and thenn iterate thro each user got as above from variable

<iw_iterate var="user" list="@users"&gt;
<iwov_emailmap user='{iw_value name="user"/}'/>
</iw_iterate>
