Avoiding "manual Subscription" process

Hello everybody,

I wonder if someone from you guys have confronted to this problem and how you solve it.

Several users have complained about the manual subscription process saying that there is not need to subscribe to a workspace if they have already the right to get into that workspace.

I wonder if one of you have developed an “automatic” process for subscriptions, either a batch doing security checks and inserting lines on the DB or by the WOM, I have done some test and so far, I am able to unsubscribe automatically but not for subscribing.

Any suggestions?
