In normal way it is not possible to include a hyperlink or image in a DCT. But TS provide UI Customization feature, through this you can customize the ui as per your need. But certainly before doing this you should abstract your requirement.
Another thing you can try is dialog element of DCT. Your first requirement can achieved by dialog type=button. For more detail go through the Form Publisher Developer Guide.

Dialog Tag belongs to ECM Connectors, you should not use them if all you need is a DCT Button. In such case IWOV
recommends callout and FormAPI 'onCallout' function to process it. Like that:[html]

Take a look at [post=130588]this[/post] post, may be helpful. It illustrates how to inject pretty much what you want, note that it's a (mild) hack though.
