Cannot read the mail items from Worksite via Outlook

Hi,

I have a PC installed Outlook2k3 SP3 (with latest patches) with FS 8.2 SP1 P4 (build no is 8.02.598), after dragging some mail into Worksite from Outlook's Inbox another user complained that he cannot read such messages from Worksite directory.

That user's PC is running Outlook 2000SP3 (with latest patches) with FS 8.2 P1 (not SP1, build no is 8.02.98).

Is that normal or anyway to resolve this?
