Error while assign multiple users to GroupTask in WFM

I created a simple workflow using Workflow Modeler.

Then i created a global datasource variable to get list of users of a group of the selected workarea.

Then i manually updated the custom_instantiation.cfg to allow the user to select multiple "group users" in the "Select box item", and i assigned this datasource variable to "addSharedByUsers" of the "GroupTask".

In the job initiation form i seleted multiple users and submit to initiate the job.

While submit the form am getting the following error

com.interwoven.cssdk.access.CSInvalidUserException: (No such user)

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Does it work if you select a single user and submit the form? If yes, then there is some problem in the way you are retrieving the users. If no, then check the user existence you are selecting.

Yes, It works when i select single user.

Parameter of the "addSharedByUsers" of the "GroupTask" is util.List, i also assign the same value (ArrayList) from datasource.

Is it correct?

Hi,

I had this issue. What needs to be done is you need to have a user already assigned to your group task. Next, have a perl script remove that user then loop through the configurable variable that contains the list of users and add them to the task. This worked great for me.
