Import Files - Permission Error

One of our client is getting "Missing permission" error when she tried to import files into workarea.

Teamsite 6.1 SP1
Content Center Pro
Windows 2003

Browser - IE 7
JVM - 1.3.1

There are no specific security settings on the Workarea are set.

Anybody got this error in the past?
