PLC cache mechanism in custom wf

Hi all,

We have a custom workflow to deploy .pages to environment which is not based on OOTB PLC workflow. The default PLC workflow provides cache mechanism we want to achieve same thing in our case. currently we are doing deployment thru perl (not using webtask.do servlet)

Anyone have idea how to do it?

All pointers are appreciated.

You need to publish cache.xxxxx (where xxxxx is unique ID) file.

I am able to create a cache file and deploy to LSRT server under sites directory.
PLC creates- cache.WebRoot.fyaf04wwfyaf04wx
My workflow creates- cachefilelist_696521
but cachefilelist_696521 does not get deleted as it should be deleted after some time.

Is there any other configuration needed to be done?

I believe cache file has to follow cache.xxxxx (not cachefilelist_xxxxx) syntax where xxxxx is some unique id. Once you have that, look into your LS RUntime log to see if they are being processed or not.
