OD Instance

Hello,

I setup an additional OD instance version 6.2.1.Configure the odbase.xml, odnodes.xml. Given unique port numbers in cfg file. But still i am not able to run deployment on that. i am continuely getting error in logs : ERROR: Failed FindServerByName with TeamSite & Thread-14 ***ERROR - I/O error . Does anyone knows what could be the reason for this?

I think you would need to provide the server configuration files, od.log odbase.log, and possibly some other files in order for anyone here to provide reasonable assistance.

Alternatively (or in addition) open a case with Support.

I think you need to mention teamSite version in your deploy.cfg file.

After that restart your opendeploy server.

Please check the ports which your using are open and try to telnet that port.For getting appropriate solution please post complete logs showing error.

Hi,

The message ERROR: Failed FindServerByName with TeamSite , seems to happen due to some miconfiguration in deploy.cfg, make sure that the version of Teamsite has been specified
