UtildClient errors | error codes and their root causes.

I see a bunch of different kinds of utildclient errors in the servletd logs, and I'm not aware of any good material to refer to confirm why we catch these errors logged in servletd.

for example:

2009-04-17 09:40:43,157 [http-8080-Processor25] ERROR com.interwoven.ui.formspub.utils.PerlPTCompiler (afisher commandID iw.formspub.do_generate) - UtildClient executing command error. Return Code: 7

similarly,
Return Code: 6
Return Code: 5

Can these return code's be associated with linux OS "perror" that prints -
[tsadmin@dctraqts08 bin]$ perror 5
OS error code 5: Input/output error
[tsadmin@dctraqts08 bin]$
[tsadmin@dctraqts08 bin]$
[tsadmin@dctraqts08 bin]$ perror 6
OS error code 6: No such device or address
[tsadmin@dctraqts08 bin]$
[tsadmin@dctraqts08 bin]$ perror 7
OS error code 7: Argument list too long
[tsadmin@dctraqts08 bin]$

when do you get those errors?.
does it occur while invoking DCTs/or generating files from templates/runnign CLTs?
