nrtms32.dll - Outlook error

Hi,

As soon as user expands the filesite node in outlook, outlook crashes and closes and the error reports mentions nrtms32.dll.

I have stripped filesite from add/remove programs and registry and reinstalled but the error remains.

I tried replacing nrtms32.dll from c:\windows\system32 to no avail.

I tried registering it with regsvr32.dll but got error "the dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found. This file cannot be registered."

User's outlook and windows profile have been recreated to no avail.

Any ideas?
