TS 6.7.2 - Install issue

Hi All,

Thanks in advance. I am in the process of installing TeamSite 6.7.2 on Windows 2003 server. After I had completed the install, I was prompted with the message "Install complete. Please reboot the machine". I did the same. But after I reboot and try to access the ui, I got the following message.

The Interwoven Web Daemon was unable to contact the Interwoven Servlet Engine. The Interwoven Servlet Engine may be down, or running on an unexpected host or port.

Please contact your system administrator.

I have also attached the serveletd.log for your reference. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Note that all the ts services are up and running.

Hi

Which version of TS you are installing?
1) If TS 6.7.2 Full version, then please contact support for the same.
2) If TS 6.7.2 Beta, then I am sure your license has been expired. The expiry date of 6.7.2 Beta is 27 May 2008.................

It is TS 6.7.2 full version. It worked after I re-installed the TS and OD. I am going to put the customized code on top of it to see if it causes issue.

Even I had faced the same issue. While resolving we found the cause was of licensee. We issued the new license and this error was resolved. Kindly check your iwtrace.log whether its throwing any error in licensee alternatively use clt "tsisvalid"
