Data deploy is case insensitive

Hi,

We are using OD 6.2 on Windows 2003 server.
TS 6.7.1 SP1 Patch 4.

When we deploy a data in DB for the first time it deploys properly.
i.e.
"Testing OpenDeploy".

But when we change the same to
"Testing openDeploy".

the Datadeploy will not update the DB with the small case{Or any chnge is the case}.

Has any one noticed the same and if yes is there a fix for the same.

Your post is not making sense. Is your example data ? A column ? what ?

If you reverse which is 1st and which is second is it still the same ? Do you have logs ?

In a DCR if we r having a Item/primary key with the value "Testing OpenDeploy". Then the same gets deployed to the DB.

But when we edit the DCR and change the Item value to "Testing openDeploy" the same is not updated to DB.

Now if we change the Item to "Testing OpenDeploy-1" the same gets deployed to DB.

Hope so this makes sense.

Post your log files. Also, make certain it is not the DB, just change it with a DB tool to the same value.
