Exception of unknown origin

hi,

Im working with Mediabin 4.6.2 and i encountered this error while im trying to download multiple jpeg file.
"Exception of unknown origin in primitive {1AAEB080}!"
Im not using any special task, is only a normal download and its occur only with multiple download and not with single file download.

At last seems to occur on random files as example if i try to download 20 file its give error on 14 and works on 6, than if i try to download the same 20 file its works and give error on different file than the previous try.

anyone can help me ot at least know what primitive is "1AAEB080" ?

Hi. It is difficult to diagnose this sort of problem without the original file. However, I will note that JPEG downloads using the (None) task are extremely memory intensive due to the fact that the system is trying to edith the metadata while preserving the original files. Some workarounds you might consider are reducing the number of concurrent jobs, increasing memory of the MediaBin server and possibly considering using (Get Original) if that would suffice in lieu of (None). The only distinction is that metadata edits made in MediaBin would not be merged into the resultant file.
