workroute problem

Hi,

When i try to access http://server//workroute/index.jsp, it just loading and not loaded successfully. Browser stops as attachment and no log in box displayed.

i have checked the log file, there is no error log. i can access the admin.jsp. Is it the JVM problem? now i m using Microsoft JVM Microsoft Corp.1.1.4(5.0.3810).
