Hi,
How can we check through a script if a dcr is attached to a job or not.
If a dcr is attached to more than one job, how can we get their job ids ?

Yes,you can write an ipl file that will check the status of the DCR weather it is associated with the task or not.

Following steps may help you to write perl script-

• Get the current task and then get all files that are attached to the task using
  

• my $task = new TeamSite::WFtask($ARGV[1]);my @taskfiles = $task->GetFiles()

• You will get an array @taskfiles,run an forloop on that array and get the name of file in a variable $fileName attached to it.
  
• Use the clt

   $iwhome\\bin\\iwgetfilejobs.exe $fileName

• The CLT will give you an scalar variable as output,convert that variable into linear array.
  
• Remove the first element form the array.
  
• Count the length of the array,if the length of array is greater then 1 then some other task/job is associated with the current file else no other task/job attached.
  
• Can use an counter if the no of DCR file for which you are checking the satus are more than one.
  

If a dcr is attached to more than one job, how can we get their job ids ?

The outout of the CLT iwgetfilejobs.exe gives you the scalar varibale which you have converted into linear array,extract the values of that array it will give you the list of all task with their Workflow Ids to whom the DCR file was attached.

forexample:

iwgetfilejobs -s factotum \default\main\WORKAREA\kconnor\foo.txt

Output:
job=125998 task=125999
